With a genuine desire to help others, I strive to create a connection where you feel you can safely share your experiences and engage in the therapeutic process.

Together, we will navigate the challenges you face, build resilience and find empowerment. Everyone’s experience is unique and I will tailor our work to be appropriate to your needs. I offer a safe, non judgemental space for you to explore your feelings and find solutions.

I am a qualified Integrative counsellor & psychotherapist, working with adults in the south west London area. I offer short and long-term counselling, both face to face and online.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Council of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NCPS).

I offer a free 30 min conversation to explore how we might work together. Appointments are weekly and last 50 minutes. Based in South West London.
